All custom orders have 12 piece minimums plus 2-3 weeks for production. Please send all designs PDF or JPEG to chenillefactoryinc@gmail.com also sizing, units, description of felt, multiple felt and placement. Once approved we’ll send invoice for 100% of payment up front. Our mission is to give our brands and designers the best quality for their customers.
